This pack is great for Writing Centers and Stations. Ever since I have started using it, I no longer hear “I don’t know what to write about”. Students love it and are super excited when they get to use the “Story Builder”.
To use the activity, students simply match the color-coded picture cards to the board. They get their very own character, setting and event to write about. Some of the combinations are hilarious which students love! The activity encourages their creativity.
